I had this one thing (amongst the thousands of others): Beauty within is the real deal...
Kya kare shakal ka jab akal hi na ho aur kya tareef kre uss gore tann ka jab mann hi kaala ho!
Say waah...waah...waah...waah!!!
For mind and soul we talked about meditation and blending with the nature. Now let's talk about building up a body to sustain that healthy mind and soul. I still remember when one of my college professors told us that,
"If our soul is a link to God, then our body is the platform (aka temple). As we pray to strengthen our soul, the same way we should embrace the platform aka our body."
Both internally and externally we must embrace the gift granted to us. Not everyone is given this life. Always be grateful and appreciate the things provided to you. In many countries, people pray to the provider before eating. In India, people celebrate the successful harvesting season in form of a festival (Baisakhi) as a gratitude towards the Almighty.
India is indeed a land rich in culture, traditions and compassion. We have a habit of using "Hey bhagwan", "Bhagwan bhala kare", "Thank God, bach gye aaj to!", "Hey bhagwan bacha lo, ye aakhiri baar h..." For every occasion! For this COVID-19 virus too we are asking the Almighty to discover a cure! Nai to kam se kam humko aur humare parivaar ko Corona naa ho bas! It is good to be grateful towards others but being fully depended won't take you anywhere!
One should take out some time from their daily routine and invest on themselves. Kabhi kabhi selfish hona acha hota hai.

Take them out! Re-discover your happiness (& please don't be a Deepak kalal or Rakhi Sawant! Rehem khana humpe...!).
Pull out that big nail stopping you from charging forward.
